IslandSpinWorld currently does not require account registration, email submission, or payment of any kind to play. Your session balance of virtual Island Coins is generated locally in your browser when you arrive and is stored in your device's session storage.

If you close your browser tab, clear your storage, or switch devices, your coin balance will reset to the default starting amount. We do not store, sync, or back up your balance on any server. There is no recovery procedure because there is nothing to recover.

3.3 Bugs, glitches, and exploits

If a software defect causes Island Coin balances to behave unexpectedly (for example, awarding inflated amounts), we reserve the right to correct the balance and roll back affected sessions. Attempting to deliberately exploit a bug to manipulate displayed outcomes is a violation of these Terms.

4. No Real Money. No Cash Prizes. No Gambling.

This section is the most important sentence on the entire Platform: IslandSpinWorld is not a real-money gambling website.

Nothing on this site, in any of our games, in any marketing copy, or in any communication from IslandSpinWorld constitutes an invitation, advertisement, offer, or solicitation to engage in gambling. The Platform exists purely for entertainment and the simulation of casino-style gameplay using virtual coins of no monetary value.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 14) will continue in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, applicable law, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently changed.

If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days of our receipt of your notice, either party may pursue formal proceedings.

14.2 Class-action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you and IslandSpinWorld each agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

14.3 Time limitation

Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and IslandSpinWorld regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
